Alpha Omega Harmony Phi is open to women 18 and older, welcoming all backgrounds—no college degree required. Together, we are building a supportive community where women thrive.

My name is Denieccee Pettaway and I am the chapter leader for the Psi Alpha Alpha (Washington State) chapter of Alpha Omega Harmony Phi!
I currently reside in Seattle, WA with my husband of 23 years with a vocation in Medical Billing and Coding as well as owning my own laundry business called Pearl’s Way Laundry Service, LLC. I am also a minister in the Baptist Church as well.
I am super excited to meet you! Sisterhood is so important to me- not growing up with sisters, so after researching ΑΩΗΦ, I knew this was the sorority for me.
It is an honor to serve you and I am ready to make a difference with you!

To join Alpha Omega Harmony Phi Sorority (ΑΩΗΦ), applicants must meet the following requirements:
1. Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Application Submission: Complete the official membership application form.
3. Commitment: Be willing to actively participate in sorority events, meetings, and initiatives.
4. Values Alignment: Embrace and uphold the sorority’s mission of empowerment, unity, and harmony.
5. Membership Dues: Submit required membership fees as outlined during the application process. non-refundable
6. Time Dedication:
• Chapter Leaders: Dedicate at least 15 hours per week to leadership responsibilities.
• Sorority Members: Engage actively in scheduled activities and events.
7. Communication: Maintain regular contact through designated communication platforms.
8. Inclusivity: Be respectful and supportive of all members, fostering a positive and welcoming environment.
9. Hazing Policy: Agree to adhere to the no-tolerance policy for hazing and promote a safe, respectful sisterhood.

Sorority Sisters Membership Dues
What Are Sorority Membership Dues Used For?
Your membership dues directly contribute to building a strong and vibrant sisterhood. We are non-traditional we don’t believe in high sorority dues as our sisters are our number 1 priority. Dues are $15 monthly for Sorority members and $10 monthly for youth members Inductions dues are $70 OR $150, this is a one-time payment and never will be paid again this is your induction into the sorority this is non-refundable, and commitment bound due,$55 for a youth member

UPGRADE INDUCTION DUE $150-YOUR TIARA, EMAIL CERTIFICATE, AND WELCOME BOX WHICH WILL INCLUDE YOUR TIARA
you can pay your monthly dues upfront for 12 months-$180 for adults; $120 for youth for 12 months ages 12-17

Here’s how your support is used:
1. Event Planning and Activities
• Cover costs for workshops, social events, community service projects, and exclusive sorority gatherings.

3. Merchandise and Branding
• Support the creation of sorority-branded items like shirts, pins, and other materials to represent our sisterhood.
4. Community Impact
• Help fund initiatives and outreach programs that make a difference in our communities.
5. Membership Perks
• Provide access to exclusive resources, networking opportunities, and leadership development programs.
6. Growth and Expansion
• Enable the sorority to grow by creating new chapters, hosting recruitment events, and building a lasting legacy.
All Fees and Dues Non-Refundable
Per the terms outlined in all Alpha Omega Harmony Phi Sorority paperwork, all payments, including induction fees and dues, are non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all members. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to our sorority.

Induction Tiara:
Every new member is presented with the Induction Tiara upon joining our sorority. This Tiara represents the beginning of their journey, symbolizing unity, sisterhood, and the promise of growth within our community. It serves as a reminder of their commitment to our values and the bond shared with fellow members.
• Honor Tiara :
The Honor Tiara is awarded after three years of active membership, the most prestigious recognition within our sorority. This tiara represents unwavering commitment, leadership, and the lasting impact the member has made. It is a symbol of honor and respect, signifying their role as a true embodiment of our sisterhood’s mission and values. This is the biggest tiara you will get 5/6 inches tall.
Each Tiara reflects the dedication and bond that make our sorority strong.

Welcome to the Youth Division of Alpha Omega Harmony Phi Sorority, a program designed to empower and inspire young girls, ages 12–17, to become tomorrow’s leaders.

The Youth Sorority Program is a sisterhood that fosters personal growth, leadership, and confidence in young women. Members of our youth sorority receive a beautiful tiara as a symbol of their commitment and excellence. Upon turning 18, active youth members are automatically inducted into our adult sorority at no cost—no induction fee required!
